Point Alliance leads Microsoft partner group in Customer Satisfaction Index

(Toronto, ON) Point Alliance is pleased to report that they have very satisfied customers!
In a recent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT) survey, customers scored Point Alliance well above their partner group, with a CSAT KPI index of 97.8%.
